Prices and Areas
We currently deliver to all home, business and hospital addresses in the Brisbane Metropolitan, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast regions. If you require delivery outside these areas please contact us to discuss the delivery options.

Hospital Deliveries
For deliveries made to a hospital you will need to include
- the mother's name (include maiden name if possible)
- the hospital name
- the ward/room/bed number
- a contact number (either yours or the new parent's)
Please note that it is your responsibility to confirm that the recipient of the Baby Cake will still be in hospital on the day the delivery is due and has not being discharged or relocated. This avoids a re-direction fee being charged.
Unattended Delivery
As our couriers do not provide us with an exact time of delivery, you can elect to have the delivery left at the front door if nobody is home. However, if you do give us this authority for our couriers to leave the gift we do not accept liability or assume any responsibility for the gift being lost, stolen or damaged. If you have not given us authority to leave the gift and nobody is home, an additional courier fee may be incurred.
If for any reason your Baby Cake requires a second delivery attempt an additional courier fee will be incurred and passed on to the customer. In this case we will be in contact with you to make the necessary arrangements.
Delivery Times
Deliveries are usually made the day after you place your order. Alternatively, if you wish to order in advance a delivery date can be specified on your order form. Please note that custom design Butterfly Baby Cakes require 3 days prior notice.
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday. If you require a weekend, public holiday or same day delivery, please contact Kelly on 0468 589 380 or email enquiries@butterflybabycakes.com.au to confirm availability. An additional fee will be charged for these deliveries.
Please note orders will not be dispatched until payment is received in full.
At Butterfly Baby Cakes we always try to ensure your Baby Cake arrives in excellent condition as soon as possible. To do this we only use reputable courier companies or personal delivery of your Butterfly Baby Cake.
Damaged Goods
All Butterfly Baby Cakes are packaged with care to avoid damage during the delivery process. Should a cake arrive and be either damaged or faulty please contact us within 3 days of the delivery to arrange the return of the item. Once the item is returned and deemed faulty or damaged a replacement will be issued and sent to the recipient.
Late Delivery
Whilst every effort is made and care is taken to deliver your gift within the designated time frame, this may not always be possible due to delivery delays out of our control. Should we be notified of any delays we will be sure to inform you as soon as we know.
We do not accept liability or assume any responsibility for loss or damage that may result from late delivery. This includes loss or damage from unattended addresses. Late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, nor does it entitle cancellation of your order.
Missing Deliveries
If your Butterfly Baby Cakes fails to be delivered, contact us immediately and we will endeavour to trace your order and have it delivered as soon as possible.
